Rectangular Lifting Columns For Convenient Height Adjustments

The single-stage DD452.2 lifting columns ensure outstanding stability thanks to their proven low-backlash sliding guides. This is enhanced by the inverted push-out direction from top to bottom. The column profiles always move synchronously. This elegant drive solution, which is highlighted by the smooth profiles with no visible indentations or functional openings, can be effortlessly integrated into a wide variety of table frame designs. This gives furniture manufacturers a great deal of design freedom when developing their desks (EN 527 and BIFMA X5.5).

The DD452.2’s drive technology includes powerful, maintenance-free 24-volt DC motors with two Hall sensors that generate a pushing force of up to 800 N. The special gearbox in the lifting columns ensures very quiet operations. The DD452.2 has an installation dimension of 650 mm and a standard-compliant stroke length of 500 mm. The advantage here is the excellent versatility in adjusting the table. These lifting columns are also compatible with the proven DB02, DB03, SMARTneo and COMPACTeco control units. They can be programmed according to individual customer requirements and feature the ISP intelligent system protection.
