Rectangular Single-Stage Lifting Columns

OKIN’s powerful DD451.3 lifting columns are ideal for conveniently adjusting the height of desks in a very safe manner. These lifting columns have an elegant design that is enhanced by the smooth profile surface and the absence of visible openings or indentations. This gives furniture manufacturers a great deal of freedom in the design of their desks. These lifting columns are suited for constructing stable table systems according to EN 527 and BIFMA X5.5.

The DD451.3 has a low-play sliding system, which ensures simple adjustments and outstanding stability. Thanks to a special gear, operations are very quiet and fast. The noise level is less than 48 dB with an adjustment speed of 35 mm/s. The column profiles always move synchronously to enable reliable adjustments.

Equipped with maintenance-free 24-volt DC motors and two Hall sensors, these lifting columns can generate a pushing force of 800 N. This product is also very versatile: The DD451.3 has a very low installation dimension of 560 mm and a standard-compliant stroke length of 650 mm. OKIN offers several products for controlling the lifting columns, including the proven SMARTeco, SMARTneo and COMPACTeco control units. They can be programmed according to individual customer requirements and feature the ISP intelligent system protection.
