New Generation Of Megamat Single Drives

The MEGAMAT 20 is the new generation of drive for wide use in all medical applications. The single drive is particularly powerful thanks to the push force of up to 6,000 Newton and a pull force of up to 4,000 Newton. Thanks to its compact and extremely stable construction, the MEGAMAT 20 is even suitable for applications in confined spaces. The position is detected by means of an optical sensor that accurately detects the position of the drive at any time. Equipped with a worm wheel drive, the MEGAMAT 20 is particularly quiet-running during operation. Moreover, the high IP67W protection category makes the MEGAMAT 20 very durable against external influences.

INTEGRATED BUS-BASED CONTROLLER
On request, the MEGAMAT 20 is available with an integrated MOSFET controller. Using this controller, different parameters, such as stroke and speed, can be programmed individually in the drive. This ensures a significantly smaller variety of variants, which in turn makes the supply chain more lean and reduces storage costs.

CONFIGURATION OPTIONS FOR MORE FLEXIBILITY
The MEGAMAT 20 also has many configuration options, such as a lift pipe made of anodised aluminium or die-cast zinc. In the area of safety options, the MEGAMAT 20 is available with a temperature fuse, safety spindle nut and emergency lowering with a maximum of 4,000 Newton pull.
